Lana was born and raised in Russia, where she spent twenty years — first as a student of its language and literature, then as an English teacher helping others cross the same bridge she would one day cross herself.
In America, she never stopped teaching: at St. Andrew private school in Chicago — a Blue Ribbon school — and at her own coding academy, where she taught young people to program. She holds a master's degree in teaching, and she brings the same patience she gives her three children and her husband to every student who sits across from her.
Now she returns to the subject closest to her heart: русский язык — the Russian language, taught the way it should be. Personally. Warmly. One student at a time.
